Frequently asked.

How fresh are the results?
Our data sources update daily. The "last verified" date appears on every record so you can judge confidence.
What if you can't find the person?
The fee pays for the search itself, so it is not refundable if the search comes back without a verified hit — but we always send you whatever leads we did surface, and if you then need a different address served, that is simply a new order.
Can you combine skip tracing with service?
Yes — order a trace first, then we'll attempt service at the located address. Order a skip trace from the dashboard, then "Place new order" → Process Serving and reference the trace ID.
Do you do international traces?
US only for now. Canadian expansion planned for late 2026.
