StrikeServe LLC ("StrikeServe," "we," or "us") operates an SMS messaging program that delivers transactional and service-related text notifications to clients, process servers, law firms, and agencies who use the StrikeServe platform. Messages may include service request updates, job assignments, delivery confirmations, account alerts, and customer support communications.
By creating an account at strikeserve.com and providing your mobile phone number, you may opt in to receive SMS messages from StrikeServe by checking the box labeled "I agree to receive SMS notifications from StrikeServe regarding job updates, account alerts, and service communications. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time." Opt-in is voluntary and is not a condition of using the StrikeServe platform.
Message frequency varies based on your activity on the platform. Active users typically receive between 2 and 20 messages per month. There is no fixed schedule — messages are sent in response to events on your account.
Standard message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received, in accordance with your wireless carrier's pricing plan. StrikeServe does not charge a fee for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from StrikeServe. You may rejoin the program at any time by re-enabling SMS notifications from your account settings or by replying START.

Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes. Information about how we collect, use, and protect your data is described in our Privacy Policy at https://strikeserve.com/privacy.html. Mobile information shared with us as part of the SMS opt-in process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
