Common questions from agency operators.

Is my data isolated from other tenants?

Yes. Every tenant runs in its own isolated workspace — your jobs, your clients, your servers, your invoices. Other agencies on the platform cannot see your data, ever. The architecture is multi-tenant from the database up.

Where does my money go? Do you take a cut?

You connect your own Stripe account. Customer payments land directly in your bank. Your server payouts go from your Stripe to your servers' Connect accounts. StrikeServe Platform only charges your monthly subscription — we never touch your customer revenue.

Can my servers also see StrikeServe-direct jobs?

No — by default, your servers see only YOUR jobs. They have no awareness of other tenants' work. If you want extra coverage on a specific job (your own server can't make it), you can OPT IN to post that job to the StrikeServe Network for a per-job fee. A platform server picks it up. Your customer never sees the difference.

Can I bring my existing servers and clients?

Yes. Import contractors via CSV during onboarding. Existing clients with active accounts are migrated via standard CSV + contact-info reconciliation. We help with this during your first week.

What about my own domain? Can my customers see "youragency.com" instead of "strikeserve.com"?

Yes, on the Professional and Enterprise tiers. Point your DNS at our platform (CNAME), we issue an SSL cert, and your customers see your domain throughout — emails sent FROM your domain, login page on your domain, order form on your domain. White-label is the default expectation.

What if I want to leave?

Cancel anytime. You retain full export rights on all your data — jobs, attempts, affidavits, client list, invoices. We provide a structured export (JSON + CSV + S3 docs) on request, no questions asked. No lock-in.

Is there a contract?

Month-to-month. The first month is free as a trial. Annual prepay gets you 2 months free.

What states do you support?

California is fully built out (147 court departments, 58 counties, deadline-rule engine). Other states are added on demand — typically 2-4 weeks of court directory + form templates per state. Talk to us about your geography during the demo.
