We serve all California civil process including summons & complaints, subpoenas (civil and criminal), family law papers, unlawful detainer notices, small claims summons, restraining orders, and more.

Routine orders include up to 3 attempts. Rush and Same-Day orders include up to 5 attempts. Additional attempts can be purchased at $25 each. Substitute service is also available when applicable.

Yes. Every Proof of Service generated by StrikeServe is formatted to comply with California Rules of Court, and signed under penalty of perjury by the process server. We have a 100% court acceptance rate.

If we exhaust all attempts without completing service, we'll issue a Declaration of Non-Service and discuss substitute service options (posting & mailing, etc.) at no additional dispatch cost.
